Where does the permit data come from?
Public records. Cities like Chicago, NYC, Austin, and Seattle publish building permits through open data APIs. We pull that data daily and organize it by trade and location.
How fresh is the data?
We sync every morning. Most permits appear within 1-2 days of being filed with the city.
What if my city isn't listed?
Request it. We're adding new cities every month. Pro plan requests are prioritized. We're targeting 40+ cities by mid-year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page or reply to any email. No contracts, no commitments.
Does it include homeowner contact info?
Pro plan includes whatever contact information is in the public permit record (which varies by city). Some cities list homeowner names and addresses. We never add data that isn't publicly available.
What if I don't get leads from it?
We're confident the data speaks for itself. That's why we offer a 14-day free trial. If you're not seeing value, cancel before you're charged.
