By accessing or using PermitRadar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PermitRadar aggregates publicly available building permit data from government sources and delivers filtered permit intelligence to home service contractors via email digest and a web dashboard. We do not create or modify permit records.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use PermitRadar. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ben@permitradar.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
PermitRadar offers paid plans on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue accessing the Service.
You may use permit data delivered through PermitRadar to identify and contact prospective customers in connection with your legitimate contracting business. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense data obtained through PermitRadar to third parties.
Permit data is sourced from public government records and is provided as-is. PermitRadar makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any permit data. Always verify permit details directly with the issuing municipality before taking action.
The PermitRadar platform, brand, and software are owned by PermitRadar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Permit data itself is public record and not proprietary to PermitRadar.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PermitRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
